The Chickasha Junior Social Workers recently presented CPSF with a check for $2500.00 for our 5th grade mentor program, Diamonds in the Rough! THANK YOU JSW!
Diamonds in the Rough is a special mentor event for 5th grade girls attending Chickasha Public Schools. Students are treated to a catered lunch where they learn table etiquette from certified trainer and school board member, Laurie Allen. We host a special guest speaker each year who aims to inspire our girls to go out into the world, shine their light, and do good! They share this experience with community mentors from all over Chickasha who want our girls to know that they have a whole community standing behind them, cheering them on always!
We have an identical event for 5th grade boys called Gentlemen of Distinction! If you would like to sponsor either event, submit a contact form on our website!
